Highlights

  • Revel in late-season whale activity as humpbacks and minkes feast in krill-rich waters under the near-endless light of the austral summer.
  • Cross the storied 66°33'S Antarctic Circle, joining the select few who’ve voyaged into this remote realm of shifting ice, wildlife, and wonder.
  • Celebrate Christmas amid iceberg vistas, Zodiac cruising, penguin rookeries, and the pristine Antarctic Peninsula in peak seasonal splendour.

Embark on Antarctic Feast: Circle in Depth, a celebratory summer voyage that carries you from Ushuaia and across the Drake Passage into the heart of the Antarctic Peninsula and beyond the legendary Antarctic Circle. This journey leads you through seas where humpbacks, minkes, and other marine giants gather to feed on abundant krill, while vast colonies of gentoo and chinstrap penguins raise their chicks along ice-fringed shores. Venturing this far south offers a rare chance to witness shifting ice realms, towering glaciers, and some of the most wildlife-rich waters anywhere on Earth.

Traveling at the height of the austral summer offers the magic of 18–24 hours of daylight, enriching every landing, Zodiac cruise, and shipboard moment with radiant clarity. Expect thrilling outings among sculpted icebergs, historical sites, and dramatic channels, as well as opportunities to hike snowy ridgelines, watch for seals hauled out on the ice, and enjoy tranquil hours in the observation lounge as glaciers crackle in the distance. Festive touches—such as a Christmas feast in view of shimmering white landscapes—make this journey unlike any other.

Crossing the Antarctic Circle remains a powerful personal milestone, celebrated on deck as you join the small community of travellers who have ventured this far into the polar world. Throughout the voyage, engaging lectures deepen your understanding of the Southern Ocean’s ecosystems, history, and ongoing conservation efforts, leaving you not just awed but empowered to become an ambassador for this fragile continent.

This itinerary is perfect for adventurous spirits, wildlife lovers, photography enthusiasts, and anyone drawn to remote places filled with grandeur. You’ll return home exhilarated, changed, and carrying the rare sati...
